• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
• Any damage caused to vehicles, hotels, or property due to negligence will be charged to the customer.
• Customers must follow local laws and respect cultural norms.

7. Liability

• Firefly Kashmir shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage incurred during the trip.
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
